Peak To Peak Highway

This is the stretch from Allenspark to Estes Park. The pavement up here really takes a beating over the winter, so you have to keep a sharp eye out for rough patches. The scenery is downright spectacular in the fall, when all the aspens turn gold.

Product review- H-D one piece round rear view mirrors, chrome, Part No. 91931-92T

The stems are too short and the mirrors are not wide angle. I'm returning them.

Tuesday 4/24 update: I am joined by my erstwhile saddle pal J and his squeeze M for a ride up to Nederland and back. We have lunch at the legendary Pioneer Inn. And we carve up Coal Creek and Clear Creek canyons pretty good.

  1. Nice video, but that was a small pothole - I saw some in Cuba that would swallow motorbikes if you rode into them!

I stayed at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. Nice place and the riding around there is very good, as your video shows.

  2. There are many sweet twisty canyons all along the Front Range which make for great riding. Can't wait for Trail Ridge Road to open!
