Golden Gate Canyon Road in Google Earth

So here's the path I created in Google Earth, with elevation profile:

I'm trying to figure out how to create a link so that you can click on it, and it will take you to this place in Google Earth. Maybe I should check Amazon to see if there's a Google Earth For Dummies book.
