Update: so I got off my ass and went for ride. It was cold up in the mountains! And I was all leathered up- chaps n' everything! And I got rained on in St Vrain Canyon! But it was nice. The aspens are about 40% turned up in the central mountains- next weekend and after should be glorious.

It does look like they're having a great time. Leaves haven't started turning here yet, but soon enough. Beautiful to look at but not so great to contemplate what it means - winter.
